Fitness Information

*A note from Gina regarding exercising in masks

*Now offering personal training! Please call the studio for more information.

*Yoga classes:

  • Flow Yoga Tuesdays 6:45pm-7:45pm
  • Gentle Yoga Wednesdays 10am-11am (class will be held outdoors weather permitting)

*FUNctional Fitness with Gina Thursdays 11am-12pm

  • An upbeat and ever-changing cardio and full range joint movement workout great for balance and stamina

*Yoga and Fitness class are $10 per class or you can buy a punch card for $50 which will buy 8 classes


*All polices pertain to all students at Dimensions. Policy manual is available upon request. Please read the studio rules posted in the studio.   Appropriate clothing should be worn. This includes loose movable clothing.

* In order to save wear on the class area floor, please keep your fitness shoes clean for use in class only. This will save your shoes and help keep the floor safe from street shoes.

* Remember to bring a water bottle for class.

* It is recommended to have a physical exam and consultation with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
