Fitness Information

  • Fitness, Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba classes are offered for anyone ages 12 and up.
  • Fitness classes Mon 6:30pm and Sat 9am with Tina Murphy- Aerobics/weights/body sculpting/intervals, $5 per class (NO punch cards)
  • Payment should be made out directly to Tina Murphy if paying by check for her classes.  
  • Flow Yoga Tuesdays 6:45 – 7:45pm with Ruth Van Sickle- $10 per class
  • Gentle Yoga Wednesdays 10:00 – 11:00am with Ruth Van Sickle- $10 per class
  • Tai-Chi & Qigong Thursdays 7:15 – 8:15pm with Ginny Goodin- $10 per class
  • Yoga and Tai Chi classes are $10 per class or punch card for $50 with 8 classes.
    • If paying by check for Yoga and Tai Chi, checks should be made payable to Dimensions.
  • Zumba Classes Wednesdays 7:15 – 8:15pm and Fridays 5:30 – 6:30pm with Marta Cano- $7 per class (NO punch cards)

*All polices pertain to all students at Dimensions. Policy manual is available upon request. Please read the studio rules posted in the studio.   Appropriate clothing should be worn. This includes loose movable clothing. Good aerobic shoes are needed.

* In order to save wear on the class area floor, please keep your fitness shoes clean for use in class only. This will save your shoes and help keep the floor safe from street shoes.

* Remember to bring a water bottle for class.

* It is recommended to have a physical exam and consultation with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
