Fitness Information

  • Fitness/Yoga/Tai Chi classes are offered for anyone ages 12 and up.
  • Mon 6:30 pm and Sat 9 am = Tina Murphy Aerobics/weights/body sculpting/intervals, $5 a class
  • Tue 6:45 pm = Ruth Van Sickle, Yoga – $10 a class
  • Thur 7:15 pm=Ginny Goodin, Tai Chi Chuan & Qigong – $10 a class
  • Yoga and Tai Chi classes are $10 a class or punch card for $50 with 8 classes.
    • If paying by check for Yoga and Tai Chi, checks should be made payable to Dimensions.
  • Tina’s Fitness classes are $5 per class! No punch cards!
    • Payment should be made out directly to Tina Murphy if paying by check for her classes.

*All polices pertain to all students at Dimensions. Policy manual is available upon request. Please read the studio rules posted in the studio.   Appropriate clothing should be worn. This includes loose movable clothing. Good aerobic shoes are needed.

* In order to save wear on the class area floor, please keep your fitness shoes clean for use in class only. This will save your shoes and help keep the floor safe from street shoes.

* A workout mat or towel is required for class.

* We have weights or you may bring your own for weights/sculpting class.

* Remember to bring a water bottle for class.

* It is recommended to have a physical exam and consultation with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
